Scenario 1: No activation email received
a. Check your spam or junk folder
b. It may be possible that your account is already activated; try to reset your password and log in.
Scenario 2: At log in page, error message: "Wrong details or account has not been activated"
Often when this message appears, it is the login details that are incorrect, not the account that has not been activated.
a. If your email details look correct, try to reset your password.
b. If you are sure you have never received an activation email, you can resend it. (Click the SIGN UP tab on the home page; the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT icon is below the sign up form).
If you have already activated your account, a message will appear to inform you of this and an email will not be sent. Try to reset your password.
