Professional Development Service for Teachers has resources aimed at the primary and post-primary sectors. They run workshops and have CPD opportunities for teachers; keep an eye on their page.
Their Health and Wellbeing Team have developed a new resource called .'Breathe - Self-Regulation and Relaxation Techniques for Children' which features a range of calming breathing techniques, written activities and guided visualisations that children can use to bring about a sense of peace and comfort in any situation. IPPN is the officially-recognised professional body for the leaders of Irish primary schools.
The NAPD website acts as a “one stop shop” offering a range of supports and resources to school leaders during their busy working day.
