Hear the voices of fellow professionals (teachers, mentors and principals) about their experience of Droichead.
Our aim for this eBook is to provide content which is focused on the practical aspects of implementing Droichead in a school. Feedback from teachers has shaped the Droichead experience at a national level from day one. Teachers have shown us how Droichead builds on what they already know and do, particularly in the mentoring and induction process. Schools have told us how Droichead gives them recognition and structure for this work in a clear and visible way.
This eBook seeks to enhance the visibility of the Droichead process. We hope that you find it useful.
