On behalf of the Teaching Council, Dr Lynn Ramsey would like to extend her congratulations to Helen McEntee TD on her recent appointment as Minister for Education and Youth. The Teaching Council is committed to advancing its work in the public interest and supporting the wider education sector, and we look forward to working with Minister McEntee to achieve this.
Dr Ramsey said “I would also like to express our gratitude to Norma Foley TD for her dedication and leadership during her time as Minister for Education. Her commitment to the teaching profession and her significant contributions to the education sector have left a positive and lasting legacy. We wish her every success in her new role.”
